PUBLIC INPUT NEEDED
THE FOREST OF NISENE MARKS STATE PARK GENERAL PLAN

The General Plan for The Forest of Nisene Marks State Park is currently being developed. This Plan, when completed and approved, will establish the framework for the long-term strategies, guidelines, and goals for the development, management, and use of the Park.

At the March 2001 General Plan public hearings, The Nisene 2 Sea Open Space Alliance presented detailed information about the benefits of the Nisene 2 Sea Open Space Corridor and acquisition of the Koch Property as part of the Park.

The public can still VOICE SUPPORT for acquisition of the Koch Property by writing the planners retained by State Parks.
